Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and intent of every report we create. If something feels incomplete or unclear, or if you believe an error occurred, please contact us at coachpeterhutton@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your report. We'll review your case and, where appropriate, revise or reissue your report at no additional charge.
Refunds
As our products are digital and personalised, we do not offer refunds once a report has been created and delivered. Refunds will only be granted in the following situations:
You were charged more than once for the same product.
A technical issue prevented delivery, and we're unable to resolve it within 14 days.
A duplicate order was made in error.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days, and funds will return to your original payment method.
